On Staying Afloat: Spotlight we talk to Tommo, who’s business literally floats, even in a pandemic. He’s the co-owner of Barge East, a bar and restaurant on a barge in London.

We talked about his life on the Thames, how on earth you get a barge from the Netherlands to Hackney and the importance of being a part of your local community. Barge East are cooking and distributing food to local hospitals and foodbanks, using their regular scheduled deliveries.
