Darren Thomas is an Army veteran who served in various conflict zones. Darren faced his own battles with mental health upon leaving the armed forces. Despite encountering obstacles in accessing support services, Darren turned his personal struggle into a mission to help others in similar situations as the founder and CEO of Signposted Cymru

Andrew “Shinko” Jenkins is a Welsh‐based film producer best known for his work on both feature films and TV projects aimed at raising awareness around mental health. Particularly through socially conscious projects like Bubbles. His personal mission to shine a light on men’s mental health struggles has made him a notable figure in Welsh film advocacy.
