On the latest edition of Spotlight on Stories, Seth Shaner sits down with Bishop Watterson High School strength and conditioning coach Brian Mong.

Mong, a 2000 graduate of Watterson, takes great pride in working with all the teams at the school and had a part in four different teams winning state titles in the 2024-25 school year.
