A Benno-less show this week on British Wrestling Spotlight but we managed to replace him with two of Britain's top wrestlers in "The Modfather" Flash Morgan Webster and Liverpool's Number 1 (Soon to be recognised as the best pro wrestler in the world) Zack Gibson!

Both guys were both kind enough to speak to Joe and JP in the buildup to the massive Progress Super Strong Style 16 tournament this weekend.

The Joe and JP preview this year's Super Strong Style 16 weekend from Progress Wrestling. It's a wide open field this year with arguably the strongest line-up in the company's history but we try to wade through and predict a winner. That's probably wrong. We also look at the other matches including the huge Night Two Champion vs Champion matchup between Travis Banks and WALTER.
