Kirk Smalley is the co founder of Stand for the Silent. "The only way we can help turn this around in America is together," said Smalley.  CEO Dr. Trina Clayeux of Give an Hour talks about toxic work. She gives us ideas on how to solve toxic work problems. She reflects on how important it is to be seen, heard and validated at work. She takes it from an employee perspective to a leader perspective.

She says a study showed 67 percent of people would leave their job without another one to go to. A lot of that has to do with how they are feeling supported with their mental health.
