We all prepare for spring and look forward to the first budding and smiles on faces, clear skies even when it is so cold.. there is so much zest and this is all coming out of hibernation and resting times and preparing and dancing to see the sunshine and buds blooming around just like our soul craves to be back with like-minded souls.

We all love spring for many reasons and get excited about springtime. For me, Spring is the birthing time. I am more energized in the spring months than winter months. Winder is to surrender and hibernate and be cosey. Spring is new beginnings new journeys, goal setting, the bud coming outs, birds flocking around. Ah, so much life force energy gets activated around with spring months. The sun shines, blue skies, daffodils, ah so many colors and beauty. 

We prepare the home for a good spring clean and become active physically. In this process did we really ever think we need to spring clean our soul too?

Let go release the pain.. And bring new space

Let this be the one for your soul.

Dust off all the unwanted clutter in the mind

Dust off all the external energies.

Dust off the cobwebs in your thoughts

Reimburse with new ideas

Reimburse with new clarity

Reimburse new zest

Reimburse with new space in mind
