After I had kids, I realized what all the hype was about. As daylight savings approached after I had my first baby, I started seeing the panic in all of the Facebook mom groups I was a part of. I am here today to tell you that the time change does not have to involve two weeks worth of math to get your family adjusted. I think we tend to give the time change wayyy too much power over us and it causes a lot more worry and anxiety than it needs to.
