The latest monthly update from the Bureau of Competition’s Premerger Notification Office (PNO) regarding Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act transactions for March FY 2023 notes 122 reported transactions. This number is significantly lower than the reported 223 March transactions in FY 2022 (last year) and the 323 March transactions in FY 2021 (two years ago).
