Spring is in the air, and with it, a sense of newfound motivation.
The world is beginning to open back up for many of us, and feelings of excitement and anticipation are bounding back in. But also, some new anxieties. This makes right now a really great time to do some mental and physical spring cleaning to clear out space where happiness and creativity can bloom.
January is the time where we usually set big, beautiful goals for ourselves, but spring is a great time to step back, look at where we’re at and decide if we need to make any shifts or start anew.
This kind of mental deep breath is important for our happiness. It’s also the true elixir for unblocking ourselves creatively.
