Spring Jones lives in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. She did her first 50k race on May 30, 2015 to become an ultrafinisher. Then just 3 weeks later (June 20, 2015) she finished the Big Horn Trail Run 52 MILE race in Dayton, Wyoming. Congratulations Spring!
Fun fact: One of the things that helped Spring get through this race was verbal encouragement - and not just from other runners. She speaks positive words to herself, out loud, to keep going. It really works!
