Life gets in the way again but we finally managed to upload the episode we recorded on the 1st of March!

Some of the New Moon chat is a little behind us now, although the full moon tomorrow (18th of March) is a really lucky one and you could look to use some of this intensely positive energy to help you in manifesting your dreams into reality.

In this episode we talk about some of the heavy energy we can experience around birthday's and the world at the moment and how we can look to re-frame some of these thoughts and feelings around it.  Also, it's been Pisces season, spring is on the way and  things are looking up!
