The Springboks believed they discovered a gem when Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu burst on to the scene in 2024 with several sensational performances in his first few Tests. Sadly the 22-year-old suffered a knee injury during the Rugby Championship and missed the rest of the Springbok season. He was however heavily criticised by sections of the Bok supporter base for not disclosing his injury to coach Rassie Erasmus.
