Drinking: Spruce Goose

1 ½ oz gin

¾ oz honey

¾ oz lime juice

¼ oz angostura bitters

2 oz tonic water

Combine all ingredients but tonic water into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over ice into a collins glass. Top with tonic water.
