SPSC making mistakes in Recruiting System that are noticeable to everyone.
The commission on March 14 took the tests of candidates for the posts of lecturers of English in the morning and of commerce in the evening. There were mistakes in both the papers. Luckily, the commission itself conceded that there were errors in each of the two papers, but it did not grant any relief in terms of marking for its mistakes in the English paper. In the commerce paper, the commission staff granted two extra marks to the candidates.
This double-standard approach has put the future of many aspirants of English lectureship on the line as many of them fell short by the barest of margins. The SPSC chairman should look into the matter and give relief to the victims by granting them the same grace marks as it did to candidates who appeared for the posts of commerce lectureship.
