Simple regression is a technique to investigate linear causal relationship between one continuous dependent variable (outcome variable) and one continuous independent variable (reason). This video clip show how to use SPSS to estimate simple regression models and how to interpret SPSS regression outputs.

Crosstabulation is commonly used in social sciences to investigate relationship between two discrete variables. This video clip shows how to use SPSS to perform Chi-square test for independence and to calculate measures of associations.

In this video clip, we show students how to use SPSS to compare two population means. Instructions in this video clip will lead students to draw conclusions about population mean difference step by step with Two-sample T-test procedure.

In this video clip, we introduce students how to use SPSS to make a one sample t-test. Following instructions in this video, students will be able to test whether a population mean is equal to a given number.

SPSS 5A - Sample T-Test

This is the 4th video clip of SPSS Video Clip project. In this video clip, we cover two data manipulation skills: recode and split file. Students will learn how to use "recode" to change original coding scheme and how to use 'split file' to compare statistics across groups.
