It’s not all doom and gloom though, I also share my triumphs and successful moments from the past month! Quitting smoking, running a half marathon and working out ways to lie my life as my best self!

- The 'All or Nothing' paradox that I thought I had already healed myself from, but has come back to bite me in the a** harder than ever this year! I talk about how I feel about it and the steps I am going to take to work towards a healthier, more balanced and less binary lifestyle.

- My current read of Florence Givens 'Women Living Deliciously'. My opinions on it, how it has changed my life and the lessons I have taken away from it, as well as how I am going to use those lessons to level up my life to become the best, most confident and authentic version of myself!
