Un citron pressé – squeezed lemon juice – is a very French drink to order in a café in France. It’s one of my favorites. The waiter will bring you a tall glass with the juice a one lemon at the bottom, a water carafe and lots of sugar. You mix it up to your taste and watch the crowd go by. Little pleasures in life !
