The 'RPMs' discussed within the podcast is: Result, Purpose, Movement, Stuck. RPMs is a method to make better life goals and improve our habits.
Result is our desired vision clearly written and understood. If we cannot come up with a result we desire, we must stop the plan here.
Purpose is both what we would find pleasurable about that result and what would be some pain we would be able to avoid from the result. There is sometimes a lot of risk in staying exactly where we are now.
Movement is how we are going to get there in small, simple steps.
Stuck is ways to mitigate any challenges that cross us along the way.
