I woke up excited to kick todays ass! I took on too many stressful tasks for me to handle and quickly burnt out of energy lol. All motivation to engage with others and socialize evaporated. It was such an intense stress that I didn’t even want people talking to me.

Notice and mitigate an overwhelmed mind before it corrupts our day. Another thing I learned is that we almost never learn the true purpose of our actions until it’s too late.
