The truth fricken sucks to face. I get my ass kicked every day I go to the gym, but it’s necessary. For as hard as I work there is still improvements I can make. It’s a reminder to not strive for different and just be grateful for being a little better than I was yesterday.

Wisdom needs humility. Only when we lose our pride can we learn from our failures.
