The Cinematic Flushers take on an infestation of genetically altered rats and one giant, rampaging beaver/rat as two scientists accidently pour some glow stick liquid down the wrong drain.  What follows is your standard rip off of just about every other rampaging animals against man films.  Somewhere, Bert I.
