The Southern Regional Health Authority, (SRHA) has implemented contingency measures, at facilities that are being overwhelmed with patients, since the passage of Hurricane Melissa. Regional Director Michael Bent acknowledged the frustration of persons seeking medical care at hospitals and health centres, especially with the long wait time.
