In this Behind the Network episode, we talk with Tabea from the Scottish Research Technicians’ Professional (SRTP) Academy and Claire from the RELAX project.

Both initiatives, funded by InFrame's Culture Catalyst Fund, are tackling some of the biggest challenges facing research technicians today: career development, visibility, recognition, and building stronger professional communities.
