My first Solo Saturday Edition these episodes are just featuring yours truly. This week I wanted to talk about protecting yourself.  Access Denied is the ability to set healthy boundaries in your life. Of course I have some stories of my own to shed light but mostly my opinions are valid. Most times people will try to make you stay. I would never tell anyone to leave a person until they are endangering your health. In so many ways people are quick to play victim to others when they do not have access.  The best possible thing you can do is make sure you are true to yourself. If no one told you today that you are worthy let me be the first. So sit back and listen to the unfiltered truth about making yourself unavailable to others.
