My guest today is Jim Coleman who is the Co-Founder of Xfusion.  Xfusion provides customer support, customer success, and back office support for growing SaaS companies. 
Prior to XFusion, Jim was a SaaS operations manager at a private equity fund called, LTV SaaS Growth Fund.   He loves helping owners and operators improve their game. Outside of work, he's passionate about adoption and raising foster children and his dream is to maximize his impact on developing countries.
