Yet deodorization can be as inexpensive as a few hundred bucks so take a minute to learn how to handle stinky homes doing so will be worth thousands of dollars to you.

We encourage you to contact your Real Estate Agent for Real Estate transaction advice and or a odor remediation specialist. A good maid service can do a deep clean for you. If this in combination with the deodorizing tools does not mitigate the odor you will need to contact a flooring company / contractor. Make sure they have a odor remediation plan. This may involve a complete demo of your flooring and chemically treating the sub floor and or slab then sealing them.
