Things get hard and discouraging right when you're about to make real change. The fear wouldn't be screaming so loud if change wasn't about to happen. The fear's job is to make sure nothing changes. But when you're overwhelmed with fear and negativity, that's a sign you're about to make real progress. Just keep going.
Journaling Questions: First, write down the negative thoughts and emotions that keep showing up when things get hard. The persistent ones you always return to.
Second, what could you do (even if scared) that would move your energy forward and open doors? Actions that, if you did them, things couldn't stay the same.
Third, write positive "what if" statements as the opposite of your negative beliefs. "I feel anxiety" becomes "What if I felt peace?" Don't overthink it. One "what if" for each negative thought.
Silent Sunrise Sessions are short guided meditations and journaling questions to help you reconnect with your deeper wisdom and find clarity for your life.
