You live in ridiculous abundance, but often you ignore it. This abundance is everywhere you look, all day, every day. How often do you pause to see it and let it in? Say thank you for what you have, pay it forward, and live that attitude of “thank you”.
Journaling Question: Write down ten things that you're grateful for from the last 24 hours. This will probably be relatively easy to do so feel free to go beyond ten. And if you’re in a negative headspace and are struggling to find ten things, think about things and people that you take for granted.
Everything you write, begin with a phrase like: "I'm so grateful for" or "I'm so blessed to have" or "Thank you for." As you write, you might feel more love and abundance. Let yourself fill up with gratitude. Watch what happens just by turning your attention to what you have.
