Journaling Questions: First, write down a persistent problem in your life. Something that's been there for months or years.
Second, is there a deeper problem that must be solved first? What belief or viewpoint might be holding that problem in place? What story are you telling about yourself or what's possible that keeps this stuck?
Third, is there shame around this problem? Shame about not having solved it yet? Write it out and let it see the light.
