Drink: The Rhine Wine Cobbler

1 tsp. Simple syrup

½ oz. Lemon juice

Rhine wine, such as a Blue Nun Riesling

1 Lemon twist and mint spring (for garnish)

Build the syrup and lemon juice in an old fashioned glass and fill with ice. Top with Rhine wine and garnish with lemon twist and mint.
