Dr Bryant Speaks to the Director of Military and Veteran Affairs at Saint Leo University. Dr. McClees established and proliferated the vanguard Veteran Studies program that helped launch the academic field of Veteran Studies. Dr. McClees is currently working on a book titled - Veterans in Academics. This book is an anthology of stories told by veterans that now work in Higher Education. The book highlights the need for Higher Education to understand veterans and makes a critical call for Universities to widen its’ understanding of inclusion and social justice.
