Erin Go Bragh! We’re celebrating our affections for Ireland and our beloved St. Patrick.  Roni tells us of her 15+ year annual open house celebration while we sip on an awe-inspiring green drink.

We skipped the Guinness and took it back to T’s Waikiki club days with the infamous Midori Sour.

Midori Sour (Three Ingredient)
2oz Midori Liquere
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Raw Egg White (yes we drank it)

Shake all ingredients well, to get a nice froth and pour into your favorite cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
