Oba is the fourth born child of our parents and the third son.  He serves as the  Program Director of the Afrakan Independence Day Organizing Committee and the  co-host of Sonic Ngoma which can be heard every Saturday at 11am YouTube. He a recently married husband and the father of son, with another son expected any day now. Oba grew up in a large family and extended family system in Philadelphia.
