We can’t seem to hold our minds still. Once we have a little stability, something comes along to ruffle the whole thing up and causes discomfort, dissatisfaction and anxiety. Impermanence. So you might ask “How can I have some stability or peace by looking at my mind which is chattering and moving this way and that way, demanding this and not wanting that, praising here blaming there, justifying, validating….how can I possibly have some kind of tranquility or balance by looking at chaos?”
