This Podcast: STABILITY

"Thank you Sweet Baby Jesus for another BEAUTIFUL day @BowsTexas. Here to coach and consult you being RAW. REAL. UPBEAT & STRAIGHTFORWARD. The goal is to guide you to be an authentic beautiful version of yourself with an organized routine, living well, and sharing resources to study so you can be focused and productive!”

What does it mean to be stable according to the dictionary?

1.) (of a person) sane and sensible; not easily upset or disturbed.

2.) (of a patient or a medical condition) not deteriorating in health after an injury or operation.

What bothers you? Are you willing to let it go to experience true freedom?

What hurts you? Are you willing to forgive and move on to experience true joy?

What can you control? Are you willing to take responsibility for what you can and release what you can't?

Should you find yourself frustrated or a little unsteady, recommend stopping right then and there to remind yourself, "Yes, I can exercise self control, but it's time to face this, deal with it, and move on."

Emotionally stable people do not allow circumstances to take away their JOY!

Repeat...Emotionally stable people do not allow circumstances to take away their JOY!

There's no escaping things or people, it will catch up to you! Gain stability and do not let outside circumstances or emotions determine what you do.

Do you want to be sane (in your right mind; well)?

Most people will say yes, but this requires letting go of anger, hurt, hangups and bad habits.

You can do it, it's your choice, decide for yourself.

NO EXCUSES. You are responsible for your actions, nothing or no one can make you do anything. Remember that.

How do you stay sane?

Keep a sound mind, pray for the renewing of your mind, be healthy and guard your thought life.

If you ask me to be sober is to be intelligent, understanding and considerate; not poisoning your brain and body.

I've had this conversation a lot lately, it's a choice. Personally I don't see anything wrong with enjoying adult time every now and then, in moderation of course (for liver sake) but just like with food or anything else, it can get out of control really quick. Some people choose to abstain from it all for good. I think overindulging in anything isn't healthy.

It's about B-A-L-A-N-C-E and being present (the motive in your heart behind anything you do).

At a recent event I drank more than a glass of wine and was quickly reminded of how that's not acceptable for my body.

Want to love your body, enjoy life, and make sound decisions;  be more careful with your choices moving forward.

We are not perfect; you know when your time has come to change... if there's peace, consider it. BE STABLE, not stupid.
