Stacey was a Detective for 16 years and was drawn to sexual assault investigations and un-natural/unexpected deaths. The Intuitive Detective has received FIVE awards including 2nd place in ‘Autobiography – True Crime category and most recently it won a silver award in the 2022 Global Book Awards.

Not everybody is a talker or feels comfortable talking about their trauma – that’s where Stacey’s areas of expertise comes in. And being a Detective for 16 years, I think she’d have a pretty good idea of dealing with trauma and grief.
