Scripture References: Joshua 4:1-9
Follow-up Questions:
1. When you look back over your life, what are the moments where God clearly carried you, provided for you, or made a way when there didn’t seem to be one and how might intentionally remembering those moments change the way you face the challenges or worries in front of you right now?
2. Where in your life might you be forgetting God’s past faithfulness and allowing fear, anxiety, or uncertainty to shape your perspective instead and what practical “stones” could you begin stacking (through gratitude, testimony, prayer, or sharing your story) to remind yourself of who God has been in your life?
3. If the next generation your children, your family, or the people watching your life were to learn about God primarily through the stories you tell and the faith you model, what would they learn about His faithfulness from your life, and what stories of God’s work might you need to start sharing more intentionally?
