Shane Cadden (he/him/his) is a career advocate for student affairs employees and graduate students and creator of Staffing for Social Justice & Sustainability in Student affairs. He previously served as a consultant to student affairs professionals and graduate students, he worked in multiple roles at the University of Central Florida, including the newly created assistant director of staffing, training, and leadership, he was assistant director of housing and residential life at Vanderbilt University, and Director of Residence Life at Barton College. Shane is a graduate of Stetson University and Vanderbilt University and is originally from Boston, MA, but currently resides in Florida.
