So on Sunday, Reverend continued to share with us on the Stages of Disloyalty

He emphasized on the fact that disloyalty does not happen overnight but it begins when a person develops an independent spirit.

He made it clear that knowing the stages of disloyalty will help check ourselves and detect disloyalty among ourselves/ others.

An independent spirit person becomes so subtle that most people do not recognize it for what it actually is. When a person belonging to a group, ministry or company develops an independent spirit they turn to do the following.

Scriptures: 2Samuel 3:20-27, 2Samuel 18:5-14, 2Samuel 3:26-27, 2Samuel 12:28, Matthew 24:10

Lessons from Independent Spirit:

1. The rules of an organization or a group no longer affect an independent person.

2. An independent spirit person decides to attend meetings he/she feels is important.
