In this episode we discuss the types of students with an analogy of the three cups (full, leaky and dirty) and the need to examine oneself and the teachings one is embarking upon as a means towards growth.  The bulk of the episode is then devoted to looking at what is known as the 5 types of views (unreflexiveness, materialism, nihilism, eternalism and the deeper personal mosaic of ones  life experience).  We give examples of each and some potential antidotes.  This is all presented with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.  These ideas are to help examine one's life and perhaps make strides towards a more conscious and balanced approach.
