Standing in your truth can be something thing that is really difficult to master. It’s really not easy especially in today’s day and age where if you make mistakes immediately you could just let it go but honestly with social media and the spotlight constantly being on you or even if you’re not even on social media you can still feel an overwhelming amount of judgment or criticism associated with your mistakes. I decided to record this podcast because like you I found it extremely difficult to stand in my truth and to fall in love with the person that I am because of my mistakes. I didn’t know exactly how to stand in my truth because I was always the one; I was always a person who would say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing and I would judge myself harshly this podcast is for anyone like me who did the same exact thing. I want whoever is listening to believe that you are enough, you are not your mistakes, you are whole right from the jump and never ever feel bad for loving yourself or for half loving yourself because honestly you’re here on this earth for a reason and the only way to really grow and learn is to make mistakes and never feel bad for making them.
