This Sunday, Pastor Ben Johnson continued our Unshakeable series with a message titled “Stand Strong.” Focusing on Daniel 3, Pastor Ben highlighted the powerful moment when Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to the golden image, even under the threat of the fiery furnace. Their courageous response—"Even if He doesn’t, we will not serve your gods"—revealed a faith that didn’t hinge on outcomes, but on obedience. We were encouraged to stand with principle, perseverance, and in God’s strength, trusting that even in fiery trials, God is with us. As 1 Peter 4 reminds us, we shouldn’t be surprised by hardships, but rejoice knowing they refine and reveal our faith.

Nebuchadnezzar said: “Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the image of gold I have set up? When you hear the music, if you’re ready to fall down and worship it, very good.
