Jack... a Professor in the Engineering Department at Ohio State University

Leadership is about INFLUENCE, motivation and persuasion of others to do their best and becoming more resilient to life’s challenges and stress. Jack says his life purpose is to teach and train you and your teams on principles and skills I wish I knew decades ago. These are principles and behavioral methods that are backed by science, research and experience and not by opinion, simplicity or even force of voice. Responding effectively as a leader or team is a not formulaic or doing “that one thing”, but about committing to intentionally mastering and experiencing many leadership principles, skills and behaviors as a integrated system.

Everyone has opportunity to develop further in their leadership role. EVERYBODY! And if there was a simple just one thing, everyone would be using it.
