Tina is a school culture and climate expert, school counselor, author and member of the Jostens Renaissance Hall of Fame. Tina is currently in year 23 as an educator.She started her career as a Spanish Teacher in 1998 and became a SchoolCounselor in 2006.In 2007 she became the leader of her school climate and culture team.Through her work as the leader of the school climate and culture team she has helped to create a positive teaching and learning environment where everyone thrives.

She also speaks, trains and consults with schools around the country on how to develop a positive teaching and learning environment.
