Dr. Tracey Severns has dedicated her career to the service of students, teachers and administrators since 1992. She has served as a classroom aide, special education teacher, vice principal, principal, director of student performance, superintendent, adjunct professor and Chief Academic Officer for the New Jersey Department of Education. 

She is currently the Leadership and Learning Strategist for Rutgers Graduate School of Education's Center for Effective School Practices and the host of DisruptED TV, a show dedicated to challenging the status quo through courageous converations with education's thought leaders.
