It only takes one voice at the right pitch to start an avalanche. 

 

Speaking up might mean telling someone no, sharing your feelings and needs or speaking up when others are out of line, rude or gossiping. Speaking up for yourself, truth and others is always the right thing to do when done in love and done well. 

Im excited to share on this today as so many times we shrink back in fear, insecurity or to avoid conflict or tension of any sort. 

We were made to speak up not shrink back.
