This conversation focuses on human trafficking awareness, exploring its definitions, misconceptions, and the importance of community support for survivors. Katie, a counselor, discusses various forms of trafficking, the critical need for education, and the supports that can aid survivors in their recovery. The dialogue emphasizes the role of the community in prevention and the importance of recognizing signs of trafficking. Local resources and initiatives are also highlighted to encourage community involvement and awareness. The Conversation then shifts to Black History Month, as well as Pink Shirt Day and Bullying being seen in local schools.

Two long-time staff also gave a bit of a tribute to an amazing co-worker and friend who recently passed.
