I talk about the importance of respecting the neurodivergent community, as they face injustice at the workplace at time and in the real world, we must work with them together. They add a lot of great value to society and work very hard and want to bring value to everyone that they meet. We must network our skills, and be open minded to this community they do not lack in anything, they are different thinkers and very different emotionally. I am part of that community, and I stand strong with them. ADHD is gift not a curse if people don’t want to hear they are missing out on the great things from them, information etc. Heal for a cause.
