 FAA tasked the ASTM (and other groups) to work on standards to supporting the sUAS ARC recommendations and the upcoming FAR.
 Mr. Wierzbanowski works for AeroViornment, was the co-chair of the sUAS ARC and has many years of experience working the Global Airspace Integration effort through the various standards groups.
