Tribulation - not natural to praise, glory, give thanksgiving in tribulation, sufferings, brokenness, pain,or heartbreak.

Patience - abide under, ability to stay under pressure, endurance, fortitude. In a marathon, stick with it, bear it.

Hope - an expectation, a certainty.

Gods got a plan, wants to use us to be a lighthouse. God wants to do something with us. Wants to build stick-to-it-ness in us. Ability to stand under adversity.

We need passion for true prayer. Need anguish not just concern.
